Museum for Everyone

A museum is not only walls and exhibits.

A museum is people - their stories and their voices.

Museum for Everyone is a social initiative of Experimentorium, created to make the museum a truly open, human, and living space for all.

About the Project

Within this project, the museum opens its doors to people from different professions and life paths, inviting them to take on the role of museum guides.

Teachers, doctors, engineers, artists, journalists, scientists, and representatives of many other fields share science with visitors through their own experience and personal perspective, lead tours, and give new meaning to the exhibits.

Here, science is no longer abstract.

It becomes close, understandable, and human.

Who the Project Is For

The project is designed for:

  • socially vulnerable groups

  • people with special needs

  • children, families, and adults who often have limited access to cultural and educational spaces

Participation in the project and museum visits within the initiative are free of charge.

Why This Matters

  • because access to culture and knowledge belongs to everyone

  • because science becomes stronger when it includes many voices

  • because a museum should be a space of dialogue, not distance

The project breaks down the boundary between “expert” and “visitor”

and shows that anyone can speak about complex ideas in simple, meaningful ways

What Happens Within the Project

  • interactive tours and meetings

  • active participation of people from different professions in museum life

  • live dialogue with visitors

  • photo and video stories of real people

Each meeting is a unique experience and is never repeated in the same way.

Our Vision

We believe that a museum can be:

  • open

  • inclusive

  • warm

  • courageous

  • authentic

Museum for Everyone is not just a project.

It is our position.

The Museum for Everyone project has been implemented since 2019
